Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue.
By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after the order is submitted, by email to the email address provided by the customer.

Prices and shipping costs
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory value-added tax.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs. Depending on the delivery country, these range between €3.95 and €12.95.
The exact shipping costs are displayed during the order process.

Delivery
Delivery takes place within the European Union as well as to Switzerland.
As some of our products are only produced after an order is placed, the delivery time is usually 3 to 8 business days.
Shipping is carried out via the shipping service provider DHL or comparable shipping partners.

Return costs in the event of withdrawal
In the event of a withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
